After 43 years of providing commercial landscaping, performing job excavation and solving problems on job sites, I have decided to work as a consultant sharing my experience with homeowners, civil engineers, municipalities, the legal community or anyone with a drainage problem with no solution in sight.

Graduating from Cardinal O'Hara High School in suburban Philadelphia in 1971 at the age of 17, I began working for my father and uncle in their small landscaping and paving business. Our work consisted of installing driveways, concrete sidewalks and landscaping in the residential home building industry as well as providing lawn and landscape maintenance for residences and some small businesses. We also did landscape installations for numerous McDonald's restaurants in the tri-state area. We worked hard putting in long hours most days. We had older equipment and did our own paperwork. Our focus was always on excellent service and quality work.

In the 80's, we decided to focus more towards commercial landscaping as opposed to residential construction and paving work.

Once my father retired in 1983, my brother and I bought the family business. Together, we grew our business from a small family business with 10 employees and grossing just enough to pay wages to our staff to a much larger and multi-generational family business employing over 60 people and grossing 8 million dollars a year. This occurred over a period of 25 years. We expanded into more types of landscape construction: such as drainage, excavation, athletic field construction, golf course reconstruction and real estate and property work thereby growing our commercial work substantially. Additionally, my ten years experience as field director at Media Little League, in Pennsylvania gave me first hand experience in keeping fields in play during our wet spring seasons.

No project was too large or difficult.

When we came upon adversity, we solved the problem and kept pushing forward. At all times the focus was on excellent service and quality work. People and the businesses behind them knew that they could rely on us to provide quality solutions and we did!

As the next generation has now taken over the reigns with the landscaping and real estate divisions, I am available to provide them for guidance and support. Additionally, I am offering independent consultation  to those seeking to solve problems in the landscape, drainage, athletic and construction industries and private sector.

We are all faced with a series of great opportunities brilliantly disguised as impossible situations
